The great cloud algorithm has been subjecting me to countless Portnoy pizza reviews. So passing through Allentown (technically it is in Bethlehem) I decided to hit up the highest rated place I could on a Sunday morning. They had plenty of pizzas available, but I went with a classic Margherita slice. It was fantastic! Dave would be happy: no flop, crispy, thin, and a great tang to the sauce. None of the terrible sweetness too prevalent in central PA pizza. Nice crispy bite even with a reheated slice. I'm sad I live an hour away, but then again, I don't want to weigh 300lbs so perhaps it is for the best.

Best pizza in Bethlehem! Always crispy and flavorful. Their Diablo pizza packs a lot of heat for spicy lovers.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We walked in with my daughter and 2 of her friends who all play on Moravian's soccer team and two of the employees behind the counter knew them. My daughter said the Moravian teams really like coming here. The people working there are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful from the ordering process, asking questions about their menu, and then bringing our food to us once we sat down. First of all, the grandma pizza is a MUST order. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. My daughter and her friends were going to get chicken parm, but they also suggested a vodka pasta dish with chicken mixed in, and the girls went for that. They devoured it and had a full meal left over! I love going places where the food is good and they give you a nice quantity of food as well. This hits both of those points. My wife and I also tried the Italian hoagie. It was delicious. The only thing I wish was different was the roll. It was either not as fresh from sitting all day or too much bread for me. My wife liked it, but it was the only thing I had an issue with at this visit. We will DEFINITELY be back for the pizza and to try some of their other dishes. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting or in the area!

YUM! First time ordering and super happy. Sauce is awesome, crust is superb, and the value for your money is unmatched from what I've seen in Bethlehem. Can't wait to try more menu items! I was so excited to try it I didn't get a picture of the whole pie, lol. Extra cheese on the whole thing, pepperoni and sausage on half, well done. :)

Stopped here on our way home from a softball game and it was such a good choice. The food was delicious, the chicken Caesar pizza was definitely a great choice. We also ordered a calzone and thought a large was what is considered a large in NEPA, it was MASSIVE. The chicken cheesesteak was delicious as well. We plan on making this our stop before we get home after a game when the games are in the area. 10/10

Fratelli is excellent. If you’ve only had their pizza delivered, you need to try dining in. Their pizza has a light, crispy, ethereal quality that disappears even with a short delivery time. Also, they do breaded mushrooms better than most other places. The pizza does vary a bit from day to day. When it’s perfectly crisp it stands among my favorite slices. Even when the pizza comes out a bit soggy it’s still pretty good, thanks to the flavorful tomato sauce and vegetables (onions and broccoli rabe go well together).

Best calzone I’ve ever had! They coat the crust with a buttery garlic sauce and boy does it taste amazing! Highly recommend!!
